We provide a nurturing, yet disciplined environment that allows students to achieve their individual goals and instills a lifelong appreciation for the art of dance. We implement a high standard of technique in our training, while also encouraging our students' own artistry and expression. Our goal is to inspire our students to become not only skilled dancers, but confident individuals as well. We are committed to developing self-esteem, cultivating creativity and building character within our dancers. Our hope is that every student will leave our school having the poise, discipline and passion to succeed in all aspects of their lives. We are currently looking for energetic and qualified individuals to fill the following teaching positions:
  • Hip Hop, Jazz, Musical Theater Dance, Contemporary, & Lyrical Instructor & Substitutes (Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced Competitive Levels)
  • Preschool Dance (Ages 3-5 years
  • on & off-site
  • Beginning-Advanced Ballet, Pre-Pointe and Pointe Instructor & Substitutes (Ages 6-18 years) Candidates should have a strong background in dance and experience teaching children ages 3-18 years, recreational through advanced levels.
Ideally, candidates should have previous teaching and choreography experience at the collegiate and/or professional level. Candidates looking for a permanent teaching position must be committed to a full year term; preferably looking for someone who can make a 3+year commitment as consistency is crucial to developing strong dancers. We're also looking for substitute teachers to add to our roster in these genres with potential to be added as a permanent instructor in the future. 2026-27 School Year (In-studio instruction; Part-time) Between 5-8 hours weekly to start. Currently looking to add new teachers in Hip Hop, Jazz, & Musical Theater Dance.
  • Hours vary depending on class schedule.
Classes run between 3pm-9pm Monday-Friday. Looking mostly for Monday, Tuesday & Friday coverage at the studio
Preschool Dance Program:
offsite at local preschool Tuesday mornings 8:45am-12:15pm
Ballet, Pointe, Contemporary, Lyrical & Tap:
Substitute positions also open. Please include a cover letter detailing your experience with dance and teaching, resume, and choreography reel or links to your choreography experience. Qualifications A minimum of 2 years experience teaching kids. Degree in Dance preferred 2-3

Teach and demonstrate choreography, rhythm, and basic technique suitable for varied ages and skill levels. Manage classroom behavior, create a positive learning environment, and maintain safety during activities. Plan and adapt age-appropriate lesson plans; track progress and provide constructive feedback. Collaborate with staff on performances, rehearsals, and studio events; assist with summer camp or program activities as needed.
