We focus on creating a welcoming, beginner-friendly environment where students can build confidence, connection, and joy through dance. Job Summary We are hiring motivated and outgoing individuals to join our team as Dance Instructors. No prior teaching experience is required—hands-on training will be provided. This role is ideal for those passionate about dance, fitness, or working with people in a positive and supportive setting. Responsibilities Teach private and small group dance lessons (training provided) Learn and implement our structured teaching methods Provide a high-quality, engaging experience for students Support clients in achieving personal goals (weddings, social dancing, fitness, etc.) Maintain a professional and welcoming studio environment Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive, coachable, and dependable Ability to work evenings and weekends Authorized to work in the U.S. Preferred (Not Required) Dance, fitness, or performance background Customer service or teaching experience Join us as a Dance Instructor where your passion for dance meets your dedication to teaching!
