CANVAS Dance Arts is seeking a responsible and passionate youth dance instructor! We are currently hiring for part-time teaching positions for preschool & elementary school age classes for the 2026 - 2027 school year. To be considered, please email CDAbackstage@gmail.com. Requirements:

Previous experience working with children or in performing arts High school diploma or equivalent; associates degree preferred Dance teaching training is provided Let us know if you're most comfortable with Ballet, Hip Hop, or multiple genres of dance! About us CANVAS Dance Arts (CDA) is a recreational dance studio in San Francisco offering Ballet, Hip Hop, and Jazz to students ages 3 - teen. The mission of CDA is to provide an inclusive, positive environment that helps students grow and develop a passion for the performing arts. Most classes conclude with an in-studio showing or stage performance.

Open shifts are listed below:

Tuesdays 4:50 - 5:50 pm (Creative Movement for ages 4-5) Wednesday 3:00 - 5:00 pm (Ballet/Hip Hop and Hip Hop I) Additional openings available, including day camps, pop-up events, and performance workshop opportunities.
