Beginning at 9:00 AM We understand that instructors often have multiple commitments, and candidates do not need to be available every day. Whenever possible, we will schedule multiple classes on the same day to maximize convenience. Compensation $25-$40 per hour , depending on experience and qualifications. What You'll Do As part of the Illuminate team, you'll have the opportunity to: Teach recreational and competitive dance classes for children and teens Train and develop dancers with a strong emphasis on proper technique and performance quality Work with a highly motivated intermediate-level competitive team of dancers ages 9-13 Help develop our new beginning-level competitive team of dancers ages 6-12 Choreograph routines in your specialty style Assist with cleaning, refining, and elevating choreography created by guest choreographers Collaborate closely with studio directors to create a positive, inspiring, and growth-focused learning environment Encourage dancers to express themselves through artistry while building confidence and technical excellence Why Illuminate Dance Academy?
