Instructor Role & Duties Plan lessons : design engaging, beginner-friendly projects focusing on lighting and angles rather than complex camera math. Demonstrate skills : show youth how to hold a device, frame a subject using the rule of thirds, and find creative perspectives. Facilitate critique : guide group sharing sessions where youth give supportive feedback and talk about what makes an image work. Qualifications Must have experience teaching photography. Must be creative and able to bring out the best in the youth. Involve youth in outings and events to take photos.
