We specialize in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and are looking to bring on an experienced and passionate black belt instructor who's not only skilled on the mats but also interested in growing with us into a long-term partnership.

Position Overview:

As our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt Instructor, you'll be the cornerstone of our advanced training programs. You'll lead with technical expertise, inspire confidence, and create a supportive community around the art of grappling. Beyond teaching classes, you'll have a voice in shaping our curriculum, influencing the school's direction, and even stepping onto a partner track if we're a great fit for one another.

Key Responsibilities:

Instruction & Coaching:

Lead engaging and technique-focused BJJ classes for students of varying experience, from fresh white belts to competitive purple belts and beyond. Offer hands-on, practical guidance and personalized feedback to ensure each student is making progress toward their goals.

Curriculum Development:

Collaborate with the leadership team to refine class structures, lesson plans, and training drills that keep our program fresh, challenging, and rewarding. Introduce advanced techniques and concepts, adapting them to different learning styles and skill levels.

Community Building:

Foster a positive, respectful dojo culture that motivates students to learn, grow, and support each other. Participate in seminars, workshops, and special events that enrich our community and drive student engagement.

Partnership Potential:

Work closely with our management team to understand the school's long-term vision. Contribute strategic input, share insights on program development, and help guide the brand's evolution as we consider you for a future partnership role.

Qualifications:

Experience & Rank:

Must hold a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and have substantial teaching experience.

Teaching Skills:

Proven ability to break down complex techniques, communicate effectively, and inspire students.

Personality & Culture Fit:

Outgoing, charismatic, and personable, with a genuine desire to see students thrive on and off the mats.

Professionalism & Growth Mindset:

High level of integrity, reliability, and an eagerness to learn, adapt, and lead.

Limitations:

Position is only available to US Citizen's located within the continental United States.
