With over two decades of experience, we serve schools, cities, camps, and preschools across Broward and south Palm Beach counties, offering professional instruction in arts, dance, cheerleading, gymnastics, drama, and more. Job Overview We are seeking energetic, friendly, and reliable Dance, Cheer & Tumble Instructors to join our team! This paid position involves leading fun and educational classes that inspire children to develop their physical skills and confidence. If you love working with kids and have a background in sports or physical education, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a positive impact while showcasing your talents. Responsibilities Lead engaging dance, cheerleading, tumbling, and gymnastics classes for children aged 3-11. We will train on our material. Create a safe and supportive environment that encourages learning and fun Demonstrate proper techniques for tumbling, cheer routines and dance moves. Manage classroom behavior effectively to ensure a positive experience for all participants Communicate clearly with parents or guardians about their child's progress and participation Prepare lesson plans aligned with age-appropriate skill development Maintain all necessary equipment and ensure the safety of participants at all times Experience Prior experience working with children in a teaching or coaching capacity Background in sports-specific training instruction such as cheerleading, gymnastics, or dance.
