We're looking for magnetic, high-energy teachers who can command a room, connect with clients, and bring the Pure Barre experience to life. With more than 500 studios across the United States and Canada, Pure Barre is the national leader in barre fitness. At Pure Barre Miami, our teachers are the heartbeat of the studio. They lead with confidence, teach with precision, and create the kind of energy that keeps clients coming back.

Required experience:

Applicants must meet at least one of the following requirements: Have completed 100 or more Pure Barre classes Have at least two years of group fitness teaching experience You might be our person if you: Have an enthusiastic, confident, and outgoing personality Love fitness, wellness, and helping people become stronger Can command a room of 20 people with energy and presence Naturally connect with clients and deliver standout service Live an active, health-centered lifestyle Are dependable, prepared, and willing to go above and beyond Have strong musicality and can confidently count to the beat Have a background in dance, fitness, cheerleading, or barre What the role includes: Teaching a minimum of five classes per week Availability across early mornings, midday, evenings, weekends, and holidays Studying choreography and thoughtfully preparing for every class Learning full choreography updates each quarter Delivering safe, effective instruction that meets Pure Barre standards Building genuine relationships with clients and contributing to the studio community Helping keep the studio polished, organized, and class-ready Demonstrating exercises, including full-body pushups, and maintaining high energy throughout a 50-minute class Training and commitment: All teachers must complete a four-day training at a Pure Barre corporate training center, followed by significant independent study and preparation to earn certification. Because of the investment involved in training, teachers must commit to teaching with Pure Barre Miami for a minimum of one year.

Compensation :

Compensation is paid per class and based on prior group fitness teaching experience. If you have the experience, presence, and energy to own the room, we want to meet you.
