Clan Dance Studios is looking for an experienced, energetic, and reliable Salsa Instructor to join our team and teach adult group classes. Responsibilities Teach fun, structured, and engaging adult Salsa classes. Teach proper technique, timing, musicality, partner work, and combinations. Work with students from beginner to advanced levels. Create a welcoming, positive, and professional class environment. Arrive on time and be prepared for each class. Encourage student progress, confidence, and retention. Requirements Strong Salsa dance background or willing to learn Previous teaching experience preferred. Comfortable teaching and demonstrating both leader and follower roles. Strong communication and people skills. Professional, reliable, energetic, and personable. Ability to teach group classes and work with different skill levels. Experience in Salsa Casino/Cuban Salsa and/or Salsa On1/LA Style is highly preferred.
