Do you love ballroom dancing and love working with people? Can you turn two left feet into confident dancers—and have a blast doing it? If so, we want you on our dance floor! We're looking for an enthusiastic, upbeat Ballroom Dance Instructor to teach adult students of all levels—from total beginners to seasoned smooth operators. This is less "counting steps" and more creating confidence, connection, and joy through dance . Our biggest priority is for a lead , regardless of prior experience! We will train! ✨ What You'll Be Doing Teaching private lessons and group classes in ballroom styles (Waltz, Foxtrot, Tango, Rumba, Cha-Cha, Swing, and more) Creating a welcoming, judgment-free environment where adults feel comfortable learning and laughing Helping students build technique, musicality, confidence, and partnership skills Bringing positive energy, encouragement, and personality to every lesson Participating in socials, showcases, competitions, and studio events (the fun kind!) What We're Looking For Ballroom dance experience (teaching experience is a plus, but not required—we can train the right person!)
