Now Hiring at Sway Dance for locations in Chicago and Brookfield We're expanding our team! Sway Dance is a social dance studio looking for our next great instructor (or instructor-in-training). No ballroom, Latin, or swing experience? No problem. If you've got a solid foundation in dance and a willingness to learn, we'll teach you the rest! This is a part-time position with paid training.
What we are looking for:
General dance experience Big personality, zero ego Nerdy, silly, humble vibes Reliable schedule & great communication Independent learner who takes initiative A love for fun, connection, and community Willingness to defend your favorite Star Wars movie in the interview (Yes, this matters!) Extra hours available for social media, website development, admin duties We're a laid-back team that values playfulness, curiosity, and genuine connection over perfection.
