Dance Teacher Children's Land - 4.0 Grayslake, IL Job Details Part-time $38 - $40 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Teaching experience with young children Classroom Teaching Student engagement classroom management Full Job Description Children's Land is seeking an enthusiastic and talented Dance Teacher teaching dance to preschool aged children and staging children's performances. The hours are September through May, once a week, 3 hours in the morning.
Key Responsibilities:
Introduce young children to basic dance concepts through play-based learning. Foster a love for movement and encourage creative expression. Plan and adapt lessons to suit different developmental levels. Collaborate with teachers and staff to incorporate dance into classroom routines. Prepare children for performances.
Requirements:
Proficiency in dance (required). Experience working with young children (ages 3-6) in a teaching or childcare setting. Passion for movement education and early childhood development.
