Princess Mini Session Dance Instructor The Studio School of Dance | Olathe, KS Do you believe dance should feel a little bit magical? The Studio School of Dance is looking for a fun, energetic, and nurturing dance instructor to lead our upcoming Princess Mini Sessions for dancers ages 3-5 . This isn't just a dance class. It's an experience. Our Princess Mini Sessions give little dancers the chance to step into a world of music, movement, imagination, and of course princess magic. We're looking for an instructor who can walk into the room and immediately make a child feel excited, confident, included, and special. What You'll Do Teach a fun, age-appropriate princess-themed dance class for ages 3-5 Introduce young dancers to basic dance technique through creative movement, games, music, and imagination Create a warm, positive, and engaging classroom environment Encourage participation while helping little dancers build confidence Lead simple choreography that is appropriate for preschool-aged dancers Bring energy, enthusiasm, and personality to every class Help create the magical experience that makes our mini sessions special Communicate professionally with families and represent The Studio's values The Right Person for This Role We're looking for someone who is: Great with little kids — genuinely enjoys working with preschoolers Energetic, enthusiastic, and naturally engaging Patient and nurturing while still being able to confidently lead a class Comfortable being silly, playful, and imaginative A strong dancer with a solid understanding of dance technique Dependable and professional Comfortable teaching independently Someone who understands that teaching young dancers is about much more than choreography — it's about building confidence and creating a positive first experience with dance Previous teaching experience is preferred, especially with ages 3-5, but the right personality and ability to connect with young dancers matter most. Schedule Princess Mini Session begins September 14 Sessions are approximately 6 weeks with a consistent weekly class schedule.
