The ideal candidate values strong technical training, artistry, and mentorship, while creating a positive classroom culture that helps students build confidence, discipline, and self-respect. We are a well-established dance education program seeking a qualified ballet instructor. Additional details about the organization will be shared during the interview process.

Responsibilities:
Teach intermediate ballet classes, beginner pointe classes Develop technique, strength, flexibility, and artistry Develop choreography for various performances Create engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans Prepare students for performances and special events Collaborate with a team of dance educators
Qualifications:
Strong ballet training and teaching experience Proven experience working with pre-teen and teen dancers preferred Professional, reliable, and positive attitude Passion for inspiring and developing young artists
