Job Description

Bethesda Conservatory of Dance, the leader in dance education in the Bethesda area, is seeking an enthusiastic, versatile, and kind teacher to join our talented and engaging faculty. We are growing and looking for an additional team member to help support our weekday and weekend programming immediately. Tap, Acro, and teachers with Sunday availability needed. This role begins with a training period during which the selected candidate will serve as an assistant in various classes and supporting our faculty team, while also taking on a class load of their own. We're looking for someone who: Loves working with children (ages 12 and under) as well as older students Is flexible, dependable, and eager to learn Only team players need apply Has strong technical skills in multiple dance styles Brings positivity, professionalism, and teamwork to the studio environment Enjoys being part of a collaborative and supportive faculty Tap, Hip Hop, and Acro skills are a plus. Ballet and Jazz skills required. Is available during the day, evenings, and weekends Applicants willing to take on administrative responsibilities will be given priority.
