K-Pop Hiphop Dance Instructor Hong Dance School is looking for an energetic, inspiring, and experienced K-Pop Hiphop Dance Instructor to join our growing team! We are expanding our K-Pop Hiphop program at our studios in Vienna, Virginiaand Rockville, Maryland, and we're looking for someone who loves teaching, connecting with students, and sharing the excitement of K-Pop and Hiphop dance. Position K-Pop Hiphop Dance Instructor (Part-Time) Teach one or more of the following groups: Ages 6-8 Ages 8-10 Teen classes (opportunities available) Adult K-Pop classes Classes are held during evenings and weekends. Applicants should be available to teach at one or both studio locations. ⸻ Responsibilities Teach fun, engaging, and age-appropriate K-Pop and Hiphop choreography. Build students' confidence, musicality, coordination, and performance skills. Create an energetic, positive, and supportive classroom environment. Prepare students for showcases, performances, and optional competitions. Work collaboratively with our teaching team and maintain a professional classroom atmosphere. ⸻ Qualifications We're looking for instructors who have: Experience teaching K-Pop and Hiphop dance to children, teens, or adults. Strong performance skills and knowledge of current K-Pop Hiphop choreography and trends. Excellent classroom management and communication skills. A positive, enthusiastic, and reliable personality. Passion for helping students grow while making dance fun. Experience teaching boys' classes is a strong plus. ⸻ Schedule Evening classes Weekend classes Part-time position
