PROGRAM DIRECTOR!

Showtime Bay Valley Academy is searching for an enthusiastic, experienced, and motivated Dance Program Director to lead and grow our recreational and competitive dance programs! The ideal candidate will be passionate about dance education, enjoy working with dancers of all ages and abilities, and have the leadership skills needed to create a positive and successful program.

Responsibilities may include:

⭐ Overseeing our recreational and competitive dance programs ⭐ Developing class schedules, curriculum, and program goals ⭐ Recruiting, training, and supporting dance instructors ⭐ Coaching and mentoring dancers ⭐ Coordinating competitions, recitals, performances, and special events ⭐ Communicating professionally with dancers, families, and staff ⭐ Helping promote and grow enrollment in the dance program ⭐ Creating a positive, organized, and team-focused environment Previous dance teaching, coaching, competition, or program leadership experience is preferred. Compensation is negotiable based on experience, qualifications, responsibilities, and the continued growth of the program.
