Youth Development Club Instructor- FLIGHT (Skyview Middle School & John Glenn Middle School)
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 2:00-5:00pm, plus 1 additional hour of prep time daily- flexible, can be scheduled immediately before or after 2:00-5:00pm (20 hrs/wk)

Stipend ranging between $6000- 9000.
Summary:
The Youth Development Club Instructor will host a club where they will lead engaging and supportive activities for middle school students focused on social-emotional growth, relationship building, self-awareness, and positive decision-making. This role includes creating a safe and inclusive environment where students can build confidence, practice communication skills, manage emotions, and develop healthy peer connections through games, discussions, team-building activities, and creative projects.Weekly Schedule:
Monday/Wednesday- Skyview Middle School 2pm-4pm (Club instruction)
- two separate one hour sessions. 4pm-5pm (academic support & student check-in during after hours) Plus 1 additional hour of prep time daily

- John Glenn Middle School 2pm-4pm (Club instruction)
