Polar Ridge Senior Living is a beautiful community located in North St Paul, MN right off highway 36, near the giant snow man and North High School. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our gorgeous 114-unit, apartment style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living and Memory Care services. Position:

CNA, Caregiver or HHA Hourly:

$17.00 - $22.00 (Caregiver/HHA) and $19.00 - $24.00 (CNA) hourly, depending on experience (plus shift differential: $1 PM, $2 overnight)

2365 Helen Street North, St. Paul, MN 5510

Schedule:

Part-time 0.3 FTE, PM, 3pm-11pm

Position Duties & Responsibilities:

In this position, you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including: CNA's and HHA's provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity. Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care. Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care. Assist with medication administration.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in an assisted living community is preferred. Strong interest in healthcare. Positive, compassionate attitude. Strong customer service and communication skills.
