Particularly any or all of the following: Ballroom, American Style Rythm (Chacha, Rumba, Swing, Bolero) Smooth (Waltz, Tango, Foxtrot, Bachata, Merengue, etc.), Hip-Hop, etc. Share your passion with others as an Adult Education instructor for St. Charles Adult and Community Education. We are seeking skilled Dance instructors to offer short-term courses to adults in the greater St. Charles area. The instructor would work with Adult Education staff to design a Dance course of interest to the community. New instructors must undergo a background check. All instructors are required to take annual online safety training as contractors with the St. Charles School District. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to… Plan, develop and instruct adult education classes within their subject matter expertise. Provide learner guidance to students in a classroom environment favorable to lifelong learning and personal growth. Establish effective rapport with students, and motivate students to develop attitudes and knowledge needed to ensure that effective learning occurs.
