Particularly any or all of the following: Ballroom, American Style Rythm (Chacha, Rumba, Swing, Bolero) Smooth (Waltz, Tango, Foxtrot, Bachata, Merengue, etc.), Hip-Hop, etc. Share your passion with others as an Adult Education instructor for St. Charles Adult and Community Education. We are seeking skilled Dance instructors to offer short-term courses to adults in the greater St. Charles area. The instructor would work with Adult Education staff to design a Dance course of interest to the community. New instructors must undergo a background check. All instructors are required to take annual online safety training as contractors with the St. Charles School District. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to…  Plan, develop and instruct adult education classes within their subject matter expertise.  Provide learner guidance to students in a classroom environment favorable to lifelong learning and personal growth.  Establish effective rapport with students, and motivate students to develop attitudes and knowledge needed to ensure that effective learning occurs.  Prepare and maintain all required documentation and administrative reports.  Maintain a secure classroom environment.
