Job Description

Don't have ballroom dance teaching experience? No problem! We believe great instructors are developed through exceptional training. Every new instructor completes our comprehensive 10-week training program , where you'll learn the Dance Pizazz teaching system, proven sales and customer service techniques, relationship-building skills, and the fundamentals of ballroom dance instruction. Throughout your training, you'll work alongside experienced instructors and receive hands-on coaching to build the confidence and skills needed for a successful career. For the right candidates we do offers scholarly opportunities.
Our training includes:
Ballroom dance curriculum and teaching methodology. Private lesson and group class instruction techniques. Customer service and relationship-building. Sales and student enrollment strategies. Studio systems, procedures, and operations. Event promotion and student retention. Shadowing experienced instructors and supervised teaching opportunities. Upon successful completion of the program, you'll be fully prepared to teach independently while continuing to receive ongoing coaching, professional development, and opportunities for advancement within the company. Pay:
$15.00 - $20.00 per hour
