Job Description
At Vitality In Motion , we bring the joy of dance directly to senior living communities—creating meaningful, movement-based experiences that support physical health, connection, and overall well-being. Our classes are designed to be inclusive, engaging, and adaptable for all abilities, helping seniors improve mobility, coordination, and quality of life through music and movement. As a Vitality In Motion instructor, you'll teach 4-8 weekday daytime classes per week (mornings and/or early afternoons) , each just 45 minutes long , making this a flexible and reliable teaching opportunity. Unlike many dance jobs, we offer consistent, year-round work —a rare find in the dance world—while giving you the chance to truly make an impact. We are a "studio on wheels," so instructors travel to different communities— a reliable personal vehicle is required . If you're passionate about sharing dance, building connections, and bringing energy and purpose to your teaching, we'd love to hear from you! Personality is key! You must be upbeat, friendly, articulate, reliable, organized and professional. Bonus if you're also familiar with basic biology and kinesiology (not required), or bring a background in fitness, yoga, pilates.
