The ideal candidate will have a strong background in gymnastics and coaching/teaching groups. This role involves teaching classes and private lessons for gymnastics and/or cheerleading. Duties Teach classes and private lessons for gymnastics and/or cheerleading Able to teach students 12months-Adult Develop lesson plans that cater to different skill levels and age groups. Monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and encouragement. Implement behavior management strategies to maintain a positive learning environment. Organize and lead warm-up exercises and cool-down sessions. Maintain accurate attendance records. Collaborate with other instructors to create engaging programs and events. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gym facilities. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding progress and any concerns. Experience Candidates should possess gymnastics experience and skills in one or more of the following areas: Former/Current Gymnast or Cheerleader Calisthenics Acrobatic Dance Group Exercise Cheerleading Experience working with students in a coaching or instructional capacity Sports coaching We encourage individuals who are enthusiastic about gymnastics and committed to helping others achieve their goals to apply for this rewarding position.
