Key Responsibilities:

Teach a variety of dance styles, including Ballroom, Latin, Social, and Swing, to individuals and groups. Create engaging and personalized lesson plans to help students achieve their dance goals, based on our proven studio curriculum. Foster a positive, supportive atmosphere to inspire and motivate students. Participate in Regional and National dance competitions and in various studio events: dance parties, showcases, and community outreach programs to promote the joy of dance. Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism in every interaction.

Qualifications:

A passion for dance and teaching; previous dance experience is a plus, but not required. Outgoing, energetic personality with excellent communication and people skills. Ability to work with students of all ages and skill levels. Eagerness to learn, grow, and improve both your dance and teaching skills. Reliable, with a strong work ethic and a team-oriented mindset.
