Position Overview:

We are looking for an energetic and engaging Recreational Dance Instructor to join our team. This position includes teaching a variety of ages and levels, with a strong emphasis on creating a fun, structured, and inspiring class environment.

Responsibilities:

Teach weekly recreational dance classes (various ages and levels) Create engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans Maintain classroom structure, discipline, and positivity Choreograph routines for recital Arrive prepared, on time, and ready to lead

Qualifications:

Experienced teaching skills in Ballet-Tap-Jazz to ages 2.5 and up Experience is highly preferred, however, must be able to follow the Visions Curriculum Strong classroom management skills High energy, reliable, and professional Ability to connect with students of all ages Must LOVE children Mature, Professional and works well with children, parents and staff. Outgoing personality and able to take control of a classroom with young students Creativity and works independently Experience in choreography and recital performances Neat and organized Strong work ethics Reliable transportation, responsible and always on time
