Job Description
Join the Badlands Gymnastics Team! Do you love working with kids? Are you energetic, dependable , and looking for a job that's active, rewarding, and makes a difference? Badlands Gymnastics Club is hiring part-time coaches for our preschool and recreational gymnastics programs! Previous gymnastics experience is a bonus, but it's not required. If you enjoy encouraging kids, creating a positive environment, and are excited to learn, we'll provide the training you need. We're looking for people who are: Enthusiastic and positive Dependable and punctual Great with children Comfortable leading and engaging small groups Active and ready to move throughout classes Available to work afternoons and evenings during the school year Experience that may be helpful: Gymnastics Cheer Dance Youth sports Teaching Childcare Don't have experience in those areas? We'd still love to hear from you! We believe great coaches are built through training, mentorship, and a genuine passion for helping kids succeed. Position Information Part-time coaching position Training and shadowing opportunities available this summer Regular coaching schedule begins in August 2026 Primary season runs August through April, with opportunities to continue beyond the season Background check required before employment As a coach, you'll: Help teach preschool and recreational gymnastics classes Encourage confidence, teamwork, and a growth mindset Create a safe, welcoming, and fun atmosphere for every athlete Teach age-appropriate gymnastics and movement skills Be part of a team that's passionate about helping kids grow both inside and outside the gym If you're someone who wants to make a positive impact while having fun at work, we'd love to meet you!
