Overview Join our vibrant arts community as a Contemporary Dance Instructor, where your passion for dance and dedication to education will inspire students of all ages to discover their movement potential. In this dynamic role, you will lead engaging contemporary dance classes, develop innovative curricula, and foster a supportive environment that encourages creativity, technical skill, and personal growth. Whether working with children, teens, or adults, your energy and expertise will help cultivate a love for dance while promoting physical fitness, artistic expression, and confidence. Responsibilities Design and implement comprehensive contemporary dance curricula tailored to different age groups and skill levels Lead energetic and motivating dance classes that emphasize technique, improvisation, choreography, and performance skills Manage classroom dynamics effectively to ensure a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment Incorporate elements of theater, movement theory, and creative expression into lesson plans to enrich student experiences Requirements Proven experience in teaching contemporary dance, ballet, or related dance styles with classroom management skills Strong background in curriculum development, lesson planning, and adapting teaching methods for diverse learners Familiarity with theater arts, choreography techniques, and performance preparation Ability to manage classroom behavior effectively while fostering creativity and confidence Passion for working with students of all ages and backgrounds with excellent communication skills Join us in shaping the next generation of dancers by inspiring movement mastery while nurturing artistic expression.
