Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and passionate Kpop Dance Instructor to inspire and guide students through the dynamic world of Korean pop dance. In this role, you will lead engaging dance classes that focus on the latest Kpop choreography, fostering creativity, confidence, and a love for performing arts. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help students of all ages develop their dance skills, understand musicality, and express themselves through movement. Responsibilities Design and deliver engaging Kpop dance lessons that incorporate current choreography, emphasizing technique, rhythm, and stage presence Develop comprehensive curriculum plans tailored to different skill levels and age groups Manage classroom environments to ensure safety, discipline, and a positive learning atmosphere Provide support in their dance skills and boost their confidence Incorporate elements of theater, visual arts, and musicality into dance instruction to enrich the learning experience Organize performances or showcases that allow students to demonstrate their progress and celebrate their achievements Collaborate with other instructors on special projects or youth programs focused on creative arts instruction Requirements Proven experience in choreography, dance instruction, or performing arts, especially within the Kpop genre Strong background in classroom management and working with children or youth in educational settings Knowledge of curriculum development and lesson planning tailored for diverse learners Experience teaching visual & performing arts, theater, or related creative disciplines Skills in choreography, dance instruction, and understanding musical instruments or music theory are highly desirable Ability to foster a supportive environment for students of all ages and skill levels Prior experience in early childhood education, preschool programs, or special education is a plus Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and engage students effectively Join us as a Kpop Dance Instructor and become part of a lively team dedicated to nurturing creativity through dance!
