Love to Dance? Take Your Skills to the Next Level. Arthur Murray Red Bank is looking for talented, motivated dancers who want to turn their dance experience into a new opportunity. We're a fast-paced, energetic studio where you'll work with people, perform, teach, and continue growing as a dancer. We're Looking For Strong dance background with a minimum Ballet or Modern Dance foundation required . Ballroom, Latin, Lyrical, or other dance experience is a plus. Excellent musicality, rhythm, and performance ability. Fast learners who are humble, coachable, hardworking, and take initiative. Outgoing personalities who enjoy connecting with people. Team players who are productive, professional, and accountable. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends. No prior Ballroom experience is necessary. We provide comprehensive Ballroom, Latin, and Club Dance training through the Arthur Murray system. The Opportunity One of the biggest advantages of joining our team is the opportunity to train directly with our franchisee, Linas Koreiva, a former World Champion dancer. You'll receive hands-on training in Ballroom, Latin, teaching, partnering, performance, and the Arthur Murray system—while continuing to develop your own dancing. This is a great opportunity for a dancer who wants to learn from experienced professionals, expand their dance repertoire, and build real teaching and performance skills. What You'll Do Teach private and group lessons after training. Help students reach their personal dance goals. Participate in performances, practice parties, and studio events.
