What You'll do: Teach lessons daily to students and maintain positive relationships with them Have creative freedom to choreograph routines and compete with students Plan student dance programs following the Arthur Murray curriculum and system of teaching Ability to break steps down to a beginner level Show patience and kindness to each student you meet Work independently and with a team on a daily basis

Qualifications:

Willingness to learn and a go-getter attitude Customer service experience preferred Authentic and demonstrative leadership qualities Dance experience a plus but

Good phone etiquette and strong communication skills
