Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Acro/Dance Instructor to inspire and guide students through the exciting worlds of acrobatics, dance, and creative movement. In this role, you will develop engaging curriculum plans, lead energetic classes, and foster a positive environment that encourages artistic expression, physical development, and confidence. Your expertise will help students of all ages discover their potential through Acro and strength performance techniques. This paid position offers an opportunity to work with our Competitive & Recreational students. Duties Design and implement comprehensive acro and dance curricula tailored to various skill levels and age groups Lead lively, safe, and inclusive classes that promote physical fitness, coordination, and artistic growth Manage classroom dynamics effectively by maintaining discipline, motivation, and a supportive atmosphere Develop creative Acro/Dance choreography for performances, recitals, or showcases that highlight how our students have grown over the past year! Experience Proven experience working with children in educational or recreational settings, especially in Acro as well as Dance. Strong background in teaching visual & performing arts, including dance instruction and choreography Demonstrated ability to develop curriculum that engages diverse learners in creative arts instruction.
