What You'll Do As an instructor, you'll play a key role in creating an amazing experience for our children and families. Teach fun, engaging children's classes using our proven curriculum and teaching methods—we'll train you! Create a warm, safe, fun, and educational environment where children can learn, grow, and build confidence. Provide exceptional customer service and make every family feel welcome. Treat every class and every child as if it's their first day—every week! Encourage children to develop physical skills, confidence, and teamwork. You have relevant experience or a background in child development, childcare, physical education, gymnastics, dance, performance, or a related field. You have experience working with children as a teacher, coach, camp counselor, tutor, babysitter, or instructor. You're energetic, upbeat, positive, and dependable. You enjoy being active and don't mind getting on the floor and moving with the kids. You're comfortable singing, dancing, playing, and being a little silly! You're great with kids—and their parents. You know how to have fun while still maintaining a safe, structured, and professional environment. You're a team player who enjoys helping others and creating a positive experience for every family. Requirements Relevant experience or a background in child development, childcare, physical education, gymnastics, dance, performance, or a related field Experience working with children Strong communication and customer service skills Positive, energetic, and professional attitude Ability to work in an active environment Availability to work some evenings and weekends A background in theater, music, sports, dance, or other performance-based activities is a plus!
