What You'll Do As our Program Director, you'll play a key role in creating an amazing experience for our children, families, and team. Teach fun, engaging children's classes using our proven curriculum and teaching methods—we'll train you! Create a fun, safe, and positive environment where children can learn, grow, and build confidence. Provide exceptional customer service and make every family feel welcome. Oversee our programs and ensure they consistently meet the high standards of The Little Gym. Train, coach, and evaluate team members. Lead by example and help create a positive, energetic team culture. Build strong relationships with children and their parents.
