Job Summary Looking to hire enthusiastic Acrobatics/ Gymnastics/ Tumbling instructors. Be a part of a great team that ensures that every child's experience is special. Fun, Family environment with a team culture.

In this dynamic role, you will inspire and coach young athletes to develop their acrobatic and gymnastic skills, ensuring a fun, safe, and motivating environment. You will lead classes, prepare students for upcoming recitals, and foster confidence through engaging instruction. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to work with children and sports enthusiasts while honing your coaching expertise in a lively, energetic setting. Classes are available on Fridays and Saturdays. Additional classes will be added during our Spring class session. The 2026-2027 Recital season classes begin the week of 9/14/2026 and will continue until June of 2027. Commitment and consistency is highly important for our studio community!
Job Purpose:
Instruct weekly classes, maintain studio standards within the classroom, progress and develop students' potential, and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere at the studio.
Skills/Qualifications:
Acrobatics and/or Gymnastics training background, Performance background, Dance/ theater degree, Teaching experience, Teaching degree, Dance & Acrobatics certifications
  • An ideal candidate would be capable of teaching a variety of age groups and levels.
  • Must be comfortable and capable of spotting a variety of skills or willing to train to do so.
  • Must have effective classroom management and be able to interact with parents in a professional manner.
Job Type:
Part-time Salary:
$22.00 - $30.00 per hour depending on experience
Schedule:
2-4 hour shift Fridays and Saturday classes currently available. Future employment and additional classes possible!

Employee discount Flexible schedule On-the-job training Paid training Professional development assistance Duties Design and deliver engaging acrobatics and gymnastics classes tailored to various skill levels for children and teens Prepare students for recital performances by developing routines, practicing techniques, and ensuring stage readiness Maintain a safe environment by enforcing proper spotting techniques, safety protocols, and behavior management strategies Provide individualized feedback to help students improve their skills and build confidence in their abilities Collaborate with team members to coordinate class schedules, progress assessments, and performance preparations Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress, safety concerns, and upcoming events Assist with setting up equipment, maintaining gym cleanliness, and ensuring all safety standards are met Requirements Prior experience in gymnastics, acrobatics, or related sports coaching roles; experience working with children is essential Certifications in First Aid and CPR (including AED operation) are required; ongoing training encouraged Strong communication skills to effectively teach students and engage with parents or guardians Demonstrated ability in behavior management to foster a positive learning environment Experience in coaching or teaching physical education programs at schools or sports clubs preferred Background in team leadership or sports team experience that demonstrates motivation and mentorship skills Join us to make a lasting impact in students lives!
