Join our growing CAS Dance Family! CAS Dance is expanding into three brand new state of the art dance studios being built to open in August 2026. We are seeking an experienced acro dance instructor to add to our existing dance faculty. Ideal candidates will have experience in a classroom setting, or a combination of significant professional experience and education. CAS Dance instructors can expect competitive pay, timely and thorough communication, flexible time off options, professional development opportunities, and more, in a fun energetic environment that prioritizes individual goals and achievements. CAS Dance Instructors are energetic, engaging, and foster strong relationships with CAS students. The Acro Instructor will need to teach advanced acro working on balance skills and tumbling progressions. Dance instructor needed for Saturday 12:00 - 1:30 p.m. Dance Instructors should be highly motivated and passionate about providing the best possible dance education to our students. There are many growth opportunities available for the right candidate.

Qualifications:

• Certified dance instructor, possess a degree in dance, or possess extensive relevant professional experience.
• Dance certification from nationally recognized organization preferred but not required. Acro instructors can be certified through US Gymnastics and not a dance organization if needed
• Previous teaching experience with beginner through advanced levels preferred.
• Must pass a background check and commit to the values of Baldwin Wallace University community.
