Overview Are you passionate about dance and eager to share your love for K-Pop with others? We are seeking an energetic and dedicated K-Pop Dance Instructor to inspire students of all ages through dynamic choreography, engaging lessons, and creative arts instruction. As a key member of our vibrant team, you will lead exciting dance classes that celebrate the global phenomenon of K-Pop, fostering confidence, teamwork, and artistic expression in your students. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to combine your dance expertise with youth development and arts education in a lively, supportive environment. Duties Develop engaging curriculum plans that incorporate current K-Pop choreography, dance techniques, and performance skills tailored to various age groups and skill levels Lead energetic dance classes focusing on choreography, rhythm, stage presence, and musicality while ensuring a fun and inclusive atmosphere Manage classroom activities effectively by maintaining positive behavior, encouraging participation, and implementing classroom management strategies Adapt lessons to accommodate students with diverse learning needs, including those in special education or early childhood programs Collaborate with other instructors to design themed performances or showcases that highlight students' progress and creativity Incorporate elements of visual arts, theater, or musical instruments when relevant to enhance the overall arts education experience Maintain a safe environment by adhering to safety protocols during physical activities and managing equipment such as sound systems or props Qualifications Proven experience teaching dance instruction, choreography, or performing arts with a focus on ballet, dancing, or visual & performing arts Strong background in curriculum development and lesson planning for youth programs or adult education settings Experience working with children or young learners in classroom management and behavior guidance Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices Skills in working with students of varying abilities, including special education needs or preschool age groups Familiarity with theater performance techniques, musical instruments (especially percussion or string instruments), photography, sewing, cooking, or culinary arts is a plus but not required Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate students through energetic teaching methods Ability to adapt lessons creatively for different age groups while maintaining a focus on fun and artistic growth Join us as a K-Pop Dance Instructor and help ignite passion for dance while nurturing creativity in our diverse community.
