What You'll Do:

As a Heart Beatz instructor, no two days look the same! You'll bring BIG energy, creativity, flexibility, and FUN everywhere you go. A large part of this role is bringing the Heart Beatz experience directly into our partner schools and making dance the highlight of each child's day! Travel to and lead our Mobile School dance programs at local schools, daycares, and after-school programs Bring high energy from the second you walk in the door and create a fun, exciting experience that gets kiddos moving and engaged Teach dance to ages 15 months to 12 years using age-appropriate Creative Movement, Ballet, Tap, Jazz, and Hip Hop Build positive relationships with school staff, directors, parents, and dancers while representing Heart Beatz in the community Create a safe, structured, nurturing, and FUN classroom environment, even when teaching in different spaces and school settings Use positive classroom management and age-appropriate behavior guidance Help Mobile School dancers prepare for performances, showcases, and special events Lead and support our

Mom's Morning Out:

Preschool of the Arts program for ages 1.5 to 5 Lead and support Winter Camps and seasonal camps across our locations Jump into studio classes, trials, events, or programs when additional support is needed Assist with Kids Night Out, birthday parties, community events, performances, and other special Heart Beatz events Communicate warmly and professionally with families, school partners, staff, and leadership Be dependable, organized, and comfortable managing your schedule while traveling between schools and studios Most importantly, bring the Heart Beatz energy everywhere you go and make every dancer feel excited, confident, included, and loved!
