This Job Requires Frequent High-Fives, Spontaneous Dance Parties, Pretending the Floor Is Lava, Celebrating Tiny Humans Like They Just Won the Olympics...and Occasionally Being Outsmarted by a Four-Year-Old. Preschool Gymnastics Extraordinaire | BOOST Gymnastics No, really. One minute you'll be helping a nervous two-year-old take their very first jump without Mom. The next, you'll be crawling through an obstacle course as a dinosaur, cheering for a preschooler who finally walked across the balance beam by themselves, or leading an end-of-class dance party because...well...why not? If that sounds like your kind of day, keep reading. We're Not Looking for a Gymnastics Coach. We're looking for someone who believes childhood should feel magical. Someone who knows that confidence is built one tiny victory at a time. Someone who understands that gymnastics is simply the vehicle; we're really teaching courage, independence, kindness, resilience, creativity, and a love of learning. At BOOST Gymnastics, our preschool program is about so much more than rolls, bars, and balance beams. We're helping little ones discover what they're capable of as they prepare for kindergarten and the adventures ahead. You Might Be Our Person If... You naturally get down on the floor to play with kids. You aren't embarrassed to sing silly songs. You can turn an obstacle course into a jungle adventure. You celebrate little accomplishments like they're Olympic gold medals. You love making kids laugh. You believe every child deserves to feel seen, encouraged, and celebrated. You leave places with kids asking, "When do you come back?" What You'll Do Coach engaging gymnastics classes for children ages 18 months - 5 years. Lead Parent & Tot classes that help both parents and children grow in confidence. Create fun, imaginative lesson experiences through movement, music, stories, games, and creativity. Welcome families and help children feel comfortable from the moment they walk through the door. Celebrate milestones—big and small. Build relationships with families that keep them coming back year after year. Work with a team that believes preschool is one of the most important programs in our building. We'd Love It If You Have... Experience working with young children Gymnastics, dance, cheer, theater, music, camp, education, or coaching experience A background in early childhood education, child development, recreation, therapy, or a related field (not required—but awesome!) Don't worry if you haven't coached gymnastics before. We can teach gymnastics. We can't teach someone to genuinely love children. Why BOOST? Because we believe work should be fun. We believe our coaches should have the freedom to be creative. We believe relationships matter more than routines. We believe every child deserves to leave feeling stronger, braver, and more confident than when they arrived. And we believe the right coach can change the trajectory of a child's life in ways they'll never fully realize.
