Head Dance Instructor Tumble House AcademyPart-Time | Tuesday Evenings | up to $50/hour Tumble House Academy is looking for an experienced, energetic, and highly motivated Head Dance Instructor to help lead and grow our new dance program! This is more than a traditional teaching position. We are looking for someone who is excited to take creative ownership of our dance classes, develop engaging curriculum, and help shape the direction of our growing dance program. About the Position As our Head Dance Instructor, you will have the opportunity to bring your own creativity, experience, and teaching style into the studio. You will take the lead in developing class curriculum and creating classes that are fun, challenging, age-appropriate, and designed to keep students excited about coming back each week. Our goal is to create a dance environment where students feel welcomed, encouraged, and challenged while developing their technique, confidence, and love for dance. Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee curriculum for dance classes
• Take the creative lead on class structure, combinations, activities, and progression
• Teach engaging, high-energy classes for a variety of ages and skill levels
• Create unique classes that keep students learning, moving, and excited
• Monitor individual student progress and adjust instruction when needed
• Help establish technique standards and expectations for the dance program
• Build positive relationships with students and families
• Help create a welcoming, encouraging, and fun studio culture
• Assist with planning choreography and performances as the program grows
• Communicate ideas and program needs with Tumble House Academy ownership
• Maintain a safe, organized, and professional class environment Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of dance teaching/coaching experience required
• Must be available Tuesday evenings
• Strong knowledge of dance technique and class progression
• Comfortable creating curriculum and taking creative ownership of classes
• Energetic and confident working with children
• Dependable, organized, and professional
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to keep students engaged while still providing structured instruction
• Highly motivated and excited about helping build a growing dance program Experience teaching multiple styles of dance is a plus.

Compensation $50 per hour This position will also offer opportunities to provide private dance lessons, allowing the instructor the potential to earn additional income while providing individualized training to students.
