Time to Shine Performing Arts | Fort Worth, TX We're looking for an incredible dance teacher to join an incredible team! Time to Shine Performing Arts is seeking a passionate, energetic, and kid-centered Dance Instructor who loves teaching and believes that dance should build both strong dancers and confident kids . We are proud of the community we have created. Our students are talented, hardworking, and eager to grow. Our families are supportive and invested. Our staff is collaborative, encouraging, and genuinely committed to putting kids first . We set high expectations while creating an environment where students feel safe, supported, and excited to learn.
THE ROLE
Teach engaging, age-appropriate classes in styles including ballet, tap, jazz, contemporary, and hip hop Create a positive, structured classroom where students can grow and thrive Provide meaningful corrections and encouragement to help students reach their potential Plan lessons and prepare students for showcases, productions, and performances Communicate professionally with families and collaborate with the T2S teaching team Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming classroom
WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO IS
An experienced and passionate dancer and teacher Excellent with children of all ages and skill levels A strong classroom manager who can balance high expectations with encouragement Reliable, professional, creative, and enthusiastic A team player who is excited to collaborate and continue growing as an educator Experienced in multiple dance styles; theatre/musical theatre experience is a plus Most importantly, we want someone who genuinely loves working with kids.
