Job Summary Join our dynamic dance studio as a Tumbling Instructor dedicated to inspiring young athletes and dance enthusiasts! In this energetic role, you will lead engaging tumbling classes, helping students develop their acrobatic skills, strength, flexibility, and confidence. Your enthusiasm and expertise will foster a positive environment where children and teens can thrive physically and emotionally. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to combine your passion for movement with coaching, mentorship, and team leadership. Responsibilities Design and deliver fun, safe, and effective tumbling classes tailored to various skill levels for children and teens Demonstrate proper techniques for flips, rolls, handstands, and other acrobatic moves while emphasizing safety protocols Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to encourage improvement and confidence Maintain a clean, organized studio environment that promotes safety and professionalism Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress and behavior management Implement behavior management strategies to ensure a respectful and motivating class atmosphere Stay current with industry best practices in sports coaching, physical education, and child development Experience Prior experience teaching physical education or sports-specific training instruction, especially in gymnastics or tumbling Background in sports coaching or team leadership roles with children or adolescents Familiarity with behavior management techniques to foster a positive learning environment Demonstrated communication skills for engaging with students, parents, and team members Join us to make a difference in young athletes' lives by teaching tumbling skills that build strength, confidence, and joy! Pay:
