Youth Development Coach

About KidStrong:

KidStrong is a science-based kids training program that helps parents build stronger, smarter, more confident kids. Through structured classes, we focus on developing physical, social, and emotional skills in children ages walking through 11 years old. We are looking for energetic, positive, and reliable individuals to join our team as KidStrong Coaches!

Position Overview:

As a KidStrong Coach, you will lead and support classes, create a high-energy and positive environment, and help kids build confidence while having fun. You will work closely with a team to deliver an exceptional experience for both kids and parents.

Responsibilities:

Coach and lead KidStrong classes using our curriculum Create a fun, engaging, and safe environment for kids Provide a high level of customer service to parents Assist with class setup, cleanup, and transitions Support team members and contribute to a positive culture Help ensure classes run on time and at a high standard

What We're Looking For:

High energy and a positive attitude Reliable and consistent attendance Strong communication skills Passion for working with kids Ability to work evenings and/or weekends Team-oriented mindset Preferred Experience (Not Required): Coaching, teaching, childcare, or fitness experience Background in athletics, education, or child development
