Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and personable Front Desk Receptionist/Dance Teacher to join our dance studio team. This dynamic role combines welcoming and assisting clients at the front desk with inspiring and instructing students in dance classes. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for dance education. Duties Greet clients, students, and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression every time Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service with professional phone etiquette Schedule appointments, classes, and studio events using calendar management tools and use of Studio Pro. Handle office management tasks including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records of student enrollments and payments Assist with dance class preparation by setting up studios, organizing supplies, and ensuring a welcoming environment for students Communicate effectively with clients regarding class schedules, policies, and upcoming events while maintaining clear client communication Cleaning of the studio space to ensure a healthy environment. Qualifications Proven office management experience with proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace tools, Studio Pro. Strong computer literacy including data entry, word processing, proofreading, and familiarity with answering phones. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Previous clerical or administrative experience in a customer service setting preferred Experience in front desk operations or personal assistant roles is advantageous Knowledge of Studio Pro is a plus Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally via phone reception and client correspondence Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Dance Experience/Teaching Experience (Not required) Join us to be part of an inspiring team that values enthusiasm, professionalism, and dedication!
