The ideal candidate will be able and willing to teach all ages and multiple styles. What we're looking for Ability to teach using various styles of dance technique from beginner to advanced level. Develop and prepare lesson plans. Ability to communicate with a diverse group of teachers and students. Engage, encourage, and motivate students to reach their goals. Evaluate student performance and make recommendations for improvement. Choreograph routines for our end of the year show in June. Provide a fun and creative environment. Previous teaching experience preferred.
