Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic

HIP HOP INSTRUCTOR

to inspire and engage students. You will work with a diverse range of learners, 6-18 years old, helping them develop their dance skills while promoting a positive and inclusive environment. Responsibilities Develop comprehensive curriculum plans that incorporate hip hop dance techniques, choreography, and cultural history Teach engaging classes tailored to different age groups and skill levels, ensuring all students feel motivated and supported Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a safe, respectful, and energetic learning environment Guide students through proper dance techniques, emphasizing safety, rhythm, and expression Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their skills and build confidence Collaborate with colleagues to plan special events, performances, or community outreach activities that showcase student talent Qualifications Proven experience in teaching hip hop dance. Strong knowledge of choreography development and lesson planning strategies Experience working with children, teens, or adult learners in educational or recreational settings Excellent classroom management skills to foster a positive learning environment If you have a passion for teaching and enjoy working with children - please send your DANCE RESUME and/or REEL with relevant dance experience. Proven experience as an instructor is strongly desired.

Pay:

$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
