Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in educational settings and a strong ability to engage and inspire individuals of various ages. This role involves guiding participants through structured programs, fostering a positive learning environment, and promoting personal growth through skill development. A background in tumbling skills or dance is highly desirable. Responsibilities Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the specific needs of participants. Manage classroom dynamics effectively, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all learners. Utilize behavior management techniques to address challenges and promote positive interactions. Monitor progress and provide constructive feedback to participants to enhance their skills. Collaborate with other educators and staff to create an integrated learning experience. Requirements Proven experience in classroom management or educational settings. Must have experience in acrobatic or tumbling skills. Skills in lesson planning and curriculum development are essential. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences. Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the varying needs of participants. A commitment to fostering an inclusive and encouraging learning environment.
