JOB SUMMARY

At Summit Dance Co., we believe dancers of every age deserve excellent training, genuine encouragement, and a classroom where they feel known, challenged, and excited to grow. The Dance Instructor brings that experience to life through structured, high-energy classes that develop strong technique, confidence, artistry, and a lasting love of dance. We are looking for educated, passionate teaching professionals who can lead engaging classes for a range of ages and levels, from young beginners through teens and adults. The ideal candidate is prepared, dependable, creative, and team-first. They bring positive energy and a confident classroom presence, pay attention to the details that help dancers progress safely, and contribute to a studio culture where students, families, and faculty feel supported.
