Full Job Description Description:
The Dance Troupe Administrator is a part-time, seasonal role responsible for collaborating with the Dance Troupe Director, Dance Troupe members, Dance Troupe parents, and Seattle Storm Operations Department to provide structure and oversight of the youth Dance Troupe. The Administrator plays a critical role in advancing the Storm brand on gameday, supporting our Dance Troupe with performing at their best for thousands of Storm fans each game night.
Requirements:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Provide administrative support to the Dance Troupe Director related to communicating call times, game details, managing attendance, etc. Communicate with Dance Troupe parents as needed. Provide oversight of all dance troupe employees, including youth members, and ensure a safe and respectful working environment for all employees free of bullying or discrimination. Provide oversight on game day to connect Dance Troupe with resources such as medical support or arena navigation. Communicate effectively with the Storm Business Operations Department and game presentation staff. Attend all home games, practices, rehearsals for the Dance Troupe. For the 2026 season, this includes 23 home games and 1-5 rehearsals. Other duties/responsibilities as may arise or be assigned. Position requirements The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability?required. Related experience:
Experience working with young people and their parents/guardians is a must Experience working in live events preferred
Certificates, Licenses, or Registrations:
Background check required First Aid/CPR Certified & Concussion Training preferred SafeSport training preferred

Occasionally required to climb ladders, sit, stoop, kneel, squat, crouch, or crawl. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.??
Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to hectic and loud noise and energy, and large crowds at professional sporting events. The noise level in the work environment is very loud.
