Evergreen Dance Academy is looking for a passionate, reliable, and engaging Ballet Instructor to join our team on Tuesday evenings from 4:00 PM-8:30 PM and/or Friday afternoons from 4-5:30 PM. We are seeking a teacher who inspires confidence, emphasizes strong technique, and creates a positive, encouraging classroom environment where every dancer feels valued.

Schedule Tuesdays:

4:00 PM-8:30

PM Fridays:

4:00 PM - 5:30 PM Opportunity for additional classes or substitute teaching may become available. Responsibilities Teach ballet classes to students of various ages and skill levels. Develop age-appropriate lesson plans focused on proper technique, artistry, and musicality. Foster a positive, disciplined, and encouraging classroom environment. Prepare students for performances and recital participation. Communicate professionally with staff and families. Arrive prepared and on time for all classes. Qualifications Strong background and training in classical ballet. Previous teaching experience preferred. Excellent classroom management and communication skills. Passion for working with children and helping dancers grow. Reliable, professional, and team-oriented.
