Job Description
Acro / Tumbling Instructor Bloom Dance Academy is looking for a positive, enthusiastic Acro/Tumbling Instructor to join our growing team for the 2026-2027 season! We're searching for someone who loves helping dancers build strength, confidence, and safe tumbling skills in a supportive, encouraging environment. Responsibilities Teach engaging acro and tumbling classes for a variety of ages and skill levels, primarily beginning to intermediate tumbling. Create lesson plans that emphasize proper technique, strength, flexibility, and safe skill progression. Foster a positive, inclusive classroom where every student feels encouraged and successful. Communicate professionally with studio staff and families. Prepare students for performances and the annual recital. Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment. Qualifications Previous experience teaching acro and/or tumbling. Strong knowledge of proper spotting techniques and skill progressions. Passion for working with children and helping dancers grow. Reliable, professional, and positive attitude. Current first aid/CPR certification is a plus. Background check required.
